Thanks a lot for your help.
This is a description of the problems and solutions :
There were two problems, first was caching bug in MRJ which has been
resolved thanks to responses to messages "MRJ cache & signed applets :
BUG?"
second, the signature of applet is not recognized, this was because we use
SUN "swing.jar" package in addition to our package. The solution is to sign
"swing.jar" too with our signature. Perhaps it is obvious for some persons
but I'm used to work on Windows ans I've never seen this problem.
