Jbuilder Preview..is it available?

I'm aware that JBuilder5 preview edition was made available to attendees at WWDC but does anyone know if Borland plans to make it a downloadable preview? I'm using JBuilder4 at the moment and with hardware acceleration turned on it's pretty usable but I'm interested to see the improvements that have been made in JB5.
