Premature guilt. Perhaps they think it's something they've forgotten, or
that it's in one of those FAQs they keep hearing about but never actually
reading. Or something like that.

What bugs me about AIA (Apologies In Advance) is that they make a simple
question longer, so there's even more text I have to read through that has
no value to either the question being asked, or the ultimate answer.
Rather like this rant.
