I downloaded the latest "Nightly Build" offered at:
http://www.mozilla.org/
and it was Gecko/20020826.
It crashes whenever I try to run a simple java applet such as that at
http://segal.org/macjavabugs/WriteToConsole/
It reports javaEnabled (http://segal.org/enabled/) as true.

Netscape 7 PR 1 runs Java applets, though it reports javaEnabled as false.

Do I need to prepare the /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ folder (some files listed
below) in some way to remove the effects of the MRJPlugin, or do I need to
download a plugin to run Java? Or if this depends on Mozilla 2002082808, how do
I find that?
