java-users (ppl using java on 10.x, why won't my plug-in work? when will i get to use 1.4.x? blah blah blah)

java-dev (ppl actually coding, how do i use JFileChooser?, why can't I compile this? How do I use this MRJ functionality? blah blah blah)

This is just a note to express how it's getting harder and harder
to keep up
with the flow of messages on this invaluable mailing list. It makes it
difficult to follow a particular topic and is starting to
discourage me from
starting to read new topics. Just missing a day of reading and
I'm flooded.

I think the suggestion to split the list in two is become more and more
relevant.

There's also the issue of people using this list as a general Java forum.
