Eclipse Question

I have a quick question regarding eclipse.

I can't seem to set up my project properties correctly. What I'm trying to
achieve is to have my project file in one directory and then to have the
source and output files in my j2ee container.

I tried using the project properties but I kept on losing the dependencies.

I know it sounds straight forward, but something's not quite working for me.
The same set up works fine with JBuilder 7, but I'd really like to get it
working with eclipse.
