Wait for it. I can't believe I'm that special.

My email this morning held Digest #889 (correctly time-stamped) and a
bounce message from the list telling me I wasn't a subscriber. It
apparently decided this sometime between noon and 7 pm local time on 16
Nov, which are the two times that I posted on Saturday. If it keeps doing
this, I might have to write an auto-resubscriber.

By the way, I found the best way to check if you're subscribed or not is to
just examine your list-preferences. The URL was sent to you in your
list-subscription signup message. If you're subscribed, you'll see the
settings. If you're not subscribed, you'll get an error page. Way simpler
than sending a test-message to the list to see if it bounces.
