Re: OS 10.2 + Idea + threading problems

I haven't experienced this yet but IDEA/Java on 10.2 is completely useless-
ant won't work, windows never show, pizza ball of death, etc. In the console
I am getting the java out of memory errors. Below is the console output.
Right clicking on items does not work most of the time (as you can see from
my console output). Furthermore, IDEA complains about not finding the jdk
when I go to run ant scripts - right clicking on the ant script (which
usually produces an out of memory error) and manually setting the jdk seems
to fix the error message. Even, after setting the jdk my ant scripts don't
run, or if they start to run they freeze. Thus, I can't compile anything?
In a nutshell, I can't do any Java development on 10.2 - this is insane as
I hoped to catch up on work today.

Note, I am running on an 867 mhz G4 with 1 gig of ram, 10.2 with all of the
recent security patches.
