Can't launch MRJAppBuilder

Trying to launch MRJAppBuilder for the first time and get error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/apple/mrj/tools/appbuilder/MRJAppProperties

Just upgraded to 1.4.1 anyone else having same issue? Have reinstalled dev tools twice now.
