Dock Icon not required

Hi,

I have a java application that launches a scheduler. The scheduler runs
in the background as a separate process. This background scheduler
process appears in the Dock. I currently have its Icon and Name set
using the -Xdock:name and -Xdock:icon options. But, there is nothing
that the user can do with this background process and I would prefer
that this process icon/name not appear in the dock at all. Is this
possible using an -Xdock option or any other technique?
