Anything in /Applications/Utilities/Console.app?

If not, double-check that the executable in the app-bundle has executable
permissions. It'll be in Contents/MacOS sub-dir inside the app-bundle.
You'll have to use Terminal and 'ls -l', because Finder doesn't present
executable-permissions in it's Get Info windoid.
