The MRJ 2.2.5 Installer used to be available at this URL:
<http://developer.apple.com/java/download.html>
The MRJ SDK 2.2 was also available there.
Unfortunately, Apple's Java-site rearrangement seems to have disappeared
them. The above URL now redirects to here:
<http://developer.apple.com/java/download/>
and there is no classical MRJ or MRJ SDK in sight.
However, it looks like you can get MRJ SDK via this page:
<http://developer.apple.com/sdk/>
Find "MRJ" on the page, and click the link, which is an FTP URL. You want
"MRJ SDK 2.2", not the similar-sounding "MRJ 2.2.4 Redistribution SDK".
