In that article, under "Minimum System Requirements":
   * Macintosh computer with a PowerPC processor.
   * System 7.6.1 or later.

So it looks to me like the last 68K version is MRJ 2.0, and it needs an
'040 or better. The last '030 MRJ seems to be 1.5.1.

Perhaps I skimmed that article a little too quickly.
