Is there any ways to access USB port on Mac OS in Java?

Only via JNI.  The javax.usb API has not been ported to Mac OS X yet.

I've received one report of javax.usb being ported to use libusb on Windows.  The developer of this port has promised to send me the sources to see if I can build it on OS X, however I'm a bit dubious as apparently libusb is missing a few things needed by javax.usb in terms of bus enumeration.

If you need a JNI example, let me know.  I've developed a device-specific JNI library for my needs that somewhat works (I think I have some timing issues to resolve), and should at least get you started if you're going to go down this road.

I did register a project over at SourceForge.net to start an Open Source port of javax.usb to OS X, but haven't had time to pursue it (as I've been far too busy with other projects to even get started on this).
