Wow, what a response! I'm blown away.
I guess we need to establish performance numbers on similar hardware.
Luckly at work I have a dual Xeon 3.0Ghz Windows box, and a dual
2.0Ghz G5. I'm out today, but on monday I will run Micheal's micro
benchmark and post the results. Anyone have a beast of a Linux box to
run it on?
