In my experience users hate to download 30 MB only to start an
application. (This is the main problem of Java.) They say "Why do
I have
to download something if I have just bought a CDROM? Why isn't
everything on that CDROM".
Label your CD-ROM's requirements like this:
Requires J2SE 5.0 or higher.
i guess tom just had a bad day he sound terrible on the phone
and hang up twice, i guess he is just a bit ill.
