Couldn't find this mentioned anywhere but
thought it could be a known issue.
Our Java swing app has a few tabs on a JTabbedPane
and each tab has a JPanel with a few JTextComponent's. The JTextComponent's on the
default tab work fine on starting the app, but when the user clicks on another
tab, all the JTextComponent's on all the tabs are disabled. Clicking
different tabs don't matter.
isFocusable, isEnabled all return TRUE always,
before & after clicking different tabs.
The app runs well on XP & Fedora Core 4 with
both 1.4 & 1.5 but on both Panther with 1.4 & Tiger with 1.5 text
components get completely disabled when .
Is it a known issue ? Is there any work-around
?
Thanks in advance.
