Any new stuff J2ME MIDP2.0 Programming?

I had seen some information about MIDP/MIDP2.0 programming being covered at WWDC. Surprisingly I didn't see any mention of new J2ME products launching from Apple at this time so I'm unsure what they were really pushing as the development effort. I'd been using MPowerPlayer from http://www.mpowerplayer.com and recommending that as a solution for folks, but just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss an announcement somewhere with XCode 2.1 having support for MIDP development or something.

Is there a missing press release, or are we still 'rolling our own' solutions to lacking MIDP development?
