I'm writing an international application, but not a localized one (which
is what you mean). I would be interested to know what Apple use to cycle
through windows in the focused application in DE localizations, though. I
was just imitating the usual keyboard equivalents.

I was just sticking to combinations with precedent.

But this is a bug, right? You should be able to do these things, because
native applications can do them (Terminal does one of the things I was
trying to imitate, Safari the other). What I'm trying to work out is
whether this is an Apple bug or a Sun bug. Where do I need to submit this?
