Dear java-dev list members,
I have just released version 3.0 of the Quaqua Look and Feel.
http://www.randelshofer.ch/quaqua/download.html
The Quaqua Look and Feel (Quaqua) is an extension to Apple's Aqua Look and
Feel. It aims at targeting minor bugs and glitches in Apple's
implementation. In addition it provides some enhancements, that help making
an application fit nicely into Mac OS X.
Key fixes of version 3.0 are:
- JFileChooser and JColorChooser roughly match the native components
- The content area of JTabbedPanes is darkened
- JComponents align to their visual borders
- JComboBoxes render nicely in JTables
- Text controls have a translucent focus ring
Key enhancements are:
- Small versions of many components
- Support for a JTabbedPane in Jaguar design with stacking tabs
- JTable's and JList's with alternating row colors (stripes)
- A set of choosable styles for JButton's and JToggleButton's including
color wells and segmented controls.
With kind regards,
-Werner Randelshofer
