Not sure if you noticed or not, I just found this link last week, but
there are now RSS feeds for each of the mailing lists:
feed://rss.lists.apple.com/java-dev.rss
If you are on OS X 10.4 this is really nice as Safari does a nice job
of rendering the feed.
