RE: Can't run java preferences utility under java 5



Had the same problem when upgrading to Tiger+Tiger. It actually is
failing to load a font. We ended up using the Font Book app to disable
suspect fonts. Once all "bad" fonts are disabled, graphic Java apps will
run fine.
