I have been having trouble with a commercial Java app completely
freezing my Mac. This is a complete, utter, dead freeze - mouse,
keyboard, display, sound - everything.
For the first time since this started happening, the computer was able
to detect that it WAS happening and when I rebooted, I got a popup to
report the problem to Apple.
Unfortunately, the "Send to Apple..." button is greyed out.
Is there any other mechanism for reporting this problem?
