JOGL JSR231 on OSX 10.3.9

Does anyone know if JOGL JSR231 will / should run on a 10.3 system (so Java 1.4 not Java 1.5) ?

I sent a JOGL program built using the universal release of JSR231- Beta 5 to someone on OSX 10.3 and it gave the following error:

dyld: /Applications/Cotton.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub can't open library: /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/ Versions/1.5.0/Libraries/libjawt.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

Thanks for any help! The program is built using Java 1.4 and runs happily on Windows using Sun's 1.4 JVM. The info.plist specifies 1.4* as the JVMVersion. _______________________________________________
