That would be the way to bet, if you were a gambling man.  
I want to re-iterate what we have said in the release notes;  All developers should install and test with this build.  
We need bugs written immediately if there are problems that you encounter with DP7.

Just wondering if that means that the remaining "known issues" are expected to be in the release?
