My experience has been that, without setting the forceSafe...
properties to false, the JVM will force the *entire* window to
show. If they are set to false, it will only require a small
part of the window title bar to show. Earlier 1.4 releases
would force the "must show" portion of the window to appear on
the primary display. I haven't tried it with 1.5 yet, or the
latest 1.4.2.
