Thank you for your suggestions.

Michael Hall, can you give me more information(a brief
example) regarding JNIDirect.
I found some information while searching :

I'm not remembering what area your native code was in. What type of example are you looking for?

After reading , I felt JNIDirect is making things easier when compared to JNI.

I think so too, again with the understanding that it gcc compiles 'C' source on the fly requiring a user to have Developer Tools installed.
Most of my current efforts related to this are to have a single standalone jnilib produced, based off of header file API definitions, which would eliminate this dependancy. The JNIDirect white paper I think outlines a different possible approach involving caching jnilib's.

I followed the example given in the above URL, but Iam getting errors.
Its saying : "package jniDirect doesnot exist".
But I downloaded jniDirect class lib, from the link which you have

What else should I do?
Should I change any settings?

I did not originate JNIDirect, that was Patrick Beard. I do not currently distribute an executable replacing what he started out with. That is in Linker.jar. My macnative SourceForge project does make mention of his jnidirect project.
Mine you must of found at...

http://sourceforge.net/projects/macnative

which states...

Please see related JNIDirect SourceForge project

I must not of figured out how to include a link on the SourceForge page. Or was uncertain of the appropriateness of including a link without permission. Although usually I do that somewhat gratuitously.
Anyway, the JNIDirect project itself is at...

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jnidirect

Actually more current for my macnative JNIDirect  package might be found off my home page URL below.
