Are release notes for developer previews covered by the NDA?

For Java SE 6 Release 1 Developer Preview 2 is there some way we can ask questions about unclear material in the release notes without violating the nondisclosure agreement?  For instance, the release notes say that a particular feature I need is not yet implemented, but a workaround is described as a way that "can be used to test many" of the thing I desire to test (mentioning what this is publicly could be saying too much).

If what I want to test is not included in "many" I will have installed a Java version that may be useless to me and hard to remove without reformatting.

In the old days we had a special list on which we could discuss preview versions.  Is there some way now that we can ask questions about the release notes besides the silly workaround of filing a bug report about the release notes?
