Someone from Apple should say something about the future of Java on Mac
Apple usually does not talk much about what is coming. Once can judge
the commitment, though, based on the presence of updates, seed
releases, and the presence in Leopard.
For what it is worth, Java is very important to my abilty to use a Mac
for development, and the vibe I get is enough to justify continuing to
support the platform here.
I would like a roadmap with expected dates, and would not mind knowing
whether 1.6 will be Leopard-only or Leopard-and-Tiger, but I have
rather gotten used to not having those.
Everybody is talking about it
Hey Apple can you hear me????
They try to keep lists like this focussed on technical issues.
