Hi Luis,

if you like C# as a language you have to take a look to mono
(http://www.mono-project.com) the os implementation of .NET, c#.and a lot
more! There's also an version for mac.

Yes I know this suggestion is a little bit off topic and I really enjoy
developing Java on Mac. But why should people not migrate in two steps? First
changing the os and later on the language ;-)
