This is what installers are for, unless/until Acrobat supports drag-n-drop
of plugins onto the app itself, or unless you can somehow convince Acrobat
to launch and install a plug-in when it's double-clicked.

The standard tool for creating installers on Mac OS X is called
PackageMaker.  It's located in /Developer/Applications/Utilities/.
