I don't think so because the ADC email is specifically promoting web apps.

The February announcement was for 3rd party native signed apps.

I doubt we'll hear anything about the latter until next Feb. ;)

I just got an ADC email promoting the new iPhone developer site. I looked it over. Do you think this is the "SDK" Steve was quoted saying we'd be seeing at the beginning of next year, or is that something different?
