I have capable hardware and it does not work.

A fix soon I hope.

Can you be more specific? Can you tell me the output of the following commands in terminal?


$ /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Commands/ java -d64 -version

$ sysctl hw.optional.x86_64

The bug we have is that passing -d64 to /usr/bin/java does not work. If you use the full path to the 1.5 binary, it should work.
