Someone noticed that the Quaqua file chooser dialogs don't respond
to command-d (usually, on the mac, this takes you to your home
directory). I emailed with Werner Randelshofer (author of quaqua) and
he confirmed it was an oversight. I'm not aware of any other keyboard
shortcuts like this but I'd hate go to the trouble of fixing one and
miss something else. If anyone here knows of anything similar, (I
would think there'd be a shortcut for home dir and documents dir at
least), or any localization issues I should think about (I was just
going to bind meta-d), I'd appreciate it so I could give Werner the
right patch!
I'm planning to write the patch this afternoon (eastern). So, if
you've got a minute right now, play with the file chooser in some app
and then play with quaqua's and let me know if you find something
different.
