Comrades,

I would like to be able to convert PICTs into JPEGs. Our app can open files that contain embedded PICTs, but of course the Windows version of the app won't be able to view them (at least, not now.)

So, what I would ideally like is a Pict2Jpeg(some_sort_of_stream) method that returns a JPEG. (At present, my "some_sort_of_stream" is a Java String.)

Anyone know of something like this? I have not found much that looks useful by googling.
