Obviously, Apple Intel Macs are shipped with Intel CPU. I thought all Intel Mac are 64-bit capable.

What do you mean by "64-bit capable hardware"?
Do you mean some of Intel Core 1/2 Solo/Duo processors are not capable of 64-bit?
