I am sure Java 1.6 will come A few months back I posted in this list a bug in Apple's Java 1.5 implementation and Apple told me that solution is coming in 1.6 They recommended to test Leopard and so I did and indeed the bug was fixed in 1.6 in Leopard.

So I expect Apple to deliver 1.6 because as it stands now Java sound is broken and was promised that I will get the fix in 1.6 It has to do with the bug that playing sounds create hanging threads.
