I consider myself public, since I did not pay for any ADC account and still can log into this page. It's just a shame that things are happening this way. Apple is losing it's credibility with a number of Mac OS X specific Java developers that are now switching to ubuntu.

That is also reiterated at the top of that document - "Warning: Pre-release software is Apple confidential information. Any unauthorized distribution..."

Sure, but Leopard is not anymore a pre-release software...
