The password request for fslogger happens every time you update IDEA
(understandably, as it's a new file each time).
I'm developing for Java 6 but using IDEA 7 on Java 5 for now. I can
seriously recommend version 7. It's the first IDEA update in a while
that actually feels better and less bloated than the previous.

Greetings Apple Java users.
I just migrated to a new machine, and moved from Tiger to Leopard
(10.5.4). I'm still running IDEA 6, although I know that v7 is the
latest version.
Is anyone else running IDEA 6 on Leopard? One change I've noticed is
that IDEA (running with Java 5) now asks me for an admin password
when it starts up, in order to have access to fslogger. It never
asked me for a password on Tiger.
Also, when I try to open IDEA with Java 6 as the default, IDEA gives
me an out-of-memory exception.
Since I have no previous experience trying to run IDEA 6 on Java 6
on Leopard, I just wanted a reality check and see if anyone else is
running this successfully before I try any major troubleshooting.
I do plan to upgrade to v7 in the near future but I'm in the middle
of a project and don't want to change my IDE until I complete my
milestone delivery.
