Unable to find HelpBroker

I have one customer who has a problem with my application because of an issue with Help.

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: javax.help.HelpSet.createHelpBroker(Ljava/lang/String;)Ljavax/help/HelpBroker;

   at com.jthink.jaikoz.menu.Help.<clinit>(Help.java:48)

Reinstalling my application makes no difference so I think he has messed up something on his OSX Java installation, how could he fix it , what should I look at
