It's likely a WebKit regression, but not necessarily.
 
You¹ll probably have better luck getting an answer on an Eclipse mailing
list.  I would also file a bug at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs since it's
more likely to be investigated as a SWT Browser issue.
