I believe SWT has a Browser class that can be embedded in a Java app. It uses whatever the native browser is for the platform (IE on Windows, WebKit on Mac).

It doesn't have to be real full-featured. It would just have to throw up an HTML page and allow some simple navigation. Maybe a little better than I could slap together myself with HTMLEditorKit.
