LaunchServices error, database or otherwise?

e.g. Duplicate the application and see if the duplicate still has the
same error.
More drastically clean the LS database.

I did some more looking around but didn't come up with anything that sounded like a universal fix, maybe another catchall type error for multiple problems. None indicated anything to do with 32 vs. 64 bit addressing that I saw, so you might be onto something new there.
