I'm using JNI to handle 'get URL' events from my Java app (Mac OS X 10.6.4 on a 64bit MacBookPro). This has worked well for years, but with the recent Java update 3 (1.6.22), it suddenly stopped working: the application is brought to the front, but the URL is never received.

Has anyone else noticed similar JNI or AE problems with Update 3?
