glext.h ???

In one of the latest example code called OpenGL Movie example that I down
loaded from Apple site (http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/) there is a
file called "glext.h" included. Can anybody please tell me from where can I
get this header file. I searched in the OpenGL SDK, and some other openGL
examples etc. I didn't find it.
