Try searching on google for "wavefront obj opengl".

If you're working with meshes in particular, you might check out the
nice library Paul Heckbert at CMU wrote that builds a quad-edge data
structure from obj files (good if you need to do further operations on
the mesh, eg, subdivision, simplification, etc).

I'd also try asking on the general computer graphics newsgroups, since
opengl shouldn't be an issue at the file-parsing stage.
