Could someone drop a link to a comprehensive sample code (with
comments, if possible) to load 3ds models into OpenGL.
On DirectX (sorry for bad language here), there was an utility that
could easily convert 3ds files into some 'x' files, which could then
be used in the applications that used Direct 3D Retained Mode.
I believe there should be something similar for OpenGL, too.
