Missing OpenGL on OS X?

Title: Message
A few customers (well, really potential customers) are reporting that they can't launch my app, which uses OpenGL to do some 2D drawing.  The Finder's error message is:

The application "[MyApplication]" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "3<[MyApplication]><[MyApplication]><OpenGLLibrary><>

Any ideas what might be going on here?  All of these customers are using OS X, though I'm not certain yet what version.  I thought GL was built in to all versions of OS X. Is it possible I'm calling some GL routine not installed on all Macs?  The GL code is pretty basic, nothing more sophisticated than GLTexSubImage2D ...

Thanks for any thoughts.
