10.3.6 GLinfo (was: OpenGL changes list for 10.3.6)

This definitely does not substitute for a proper release note from Apple, but I spent a good number of hours today in the lab dumping renderer info from 10.3.6 machines. The updated chart is posted at:

As before, you can open each OS I have info for in a separate tab in Safari and Cmd-Shift-arrow between them. This serves as a rudimentary indicator of what changed. Of course this shows nothing for behavior changes and bugfixes.

My GLinfo tool was also updated; some format changes and occlusion query support.

To the driver folks: thank you for the additions! Now I can use APPLE_pixel_buffer without worrying about iBooks. Great! I'm less sure about exporting ARB_texture_env_crossbar on nvidia cards... I guess there is just an implied caveat that the extension should be interpreted according to the 1.4 spec version?

To the software renderer gurus: is the "Generic" renderer going to be removed completely at some point, leaving only "Generic-fragment program"?
