Since I've updated to 10.3.6, I've been seeing some artifacts on my 2nd
monitor while running my iTunes plugin.
I believe this is due to me using PBuffers, but I'm having a hard time
narrowing it down precisely. If I get chance, I'll write a test app
tomorrow and see if I get anywhere.
The visual artifacts consists of random horizontal white lines, around
an inch long. They appear for a split second and disappear, random
timing, random positioning, random lengths... They seem to be
clustered around borders: they appear around and on the edges of
windows and on icons. They're not easy to spot: they're not there all
the time and don't stay in the same position.
If I turn on display mirroring, the lines appear on my 2nd display (a
19" Sony CRT) but not on my main display (Powerbook 15"). I'm using a
Radeon 9600. I haven't succeeded in taking a screenshot of them.
Has anyone else experienced this? If anyone has a windowed PBuffer
test app that I could try out, that would be much appreciated. Or you
could try downloading my iTunes plugin and see if you get the same
problem

Any suggestions on what to try would be appreciated.
Jon
